Cleaning your mirrors perfectly!
Mirror, mirror on the wall, what is mirror corrosion after all?
If chemicals get too close to the edge of your mirror, over time, they will seep in between the glass and the mirror backing. This will permanently damage your mirror, and give the appearance of green and black spots/speckles, which can only be repaired by painting a new finish on the back…or…replacing your mirror!
Squeegees can also exacerbate the problem.
When cleaning mirrors, only ever spray your cleaning product of choice …Lemon Oil …in the middle of the mirror, then start cleaning in the middle, working outwards.
Here is a Neatspiration step by step… AND I am still surprised how clean they come up – it is like you are looking through the mirror and not into it
STEP 1 – Spray Neatspiration Lemon Oil in the middle of the mirror
STEP 2 – Wipe in a circular motion from the middle outwards with a damp Neatspiration microfiber glass cloth
STEP 3 – Then to get it to sparkle, lightly respray with Lemon Oil and rub in a circular motion from top to bottom with a dry Neatspiration microfiber glass cloth. If you are in a hurry, spray and clean with a dry microfiber glass cloth
NOTE – If they are a bit dirty that’s when I use a damp cloth followed by a dry. But if they are pretty good, I just spray and clean with a dry cloth
Have fun cleaning your mirrors!!!
